Christening the Deepsea Challenger submersible on Australia Day (26th of January) 2012 in the RAN Fleet Base East, Garden Island, Australia. There are no descent weights installed, and this was the first time the sub was lifted from its cradle. The centre of gravity has shifted significantly from the primary lift point, and a multi-point harness was used for subsequent lifts.
